How does working with us look like?

Signing the contract
The contract with us is always signed electronically, so that you can sign it without leaving home and at a time convenient for you moment. By the way, you always have it at hand. Another advantage is saving forests :)

Convenient collaboration
What sets us apart from others is that with us you don't have to print invoices, bills or deliver them to us on paper. Electronic invoices or scans of paper documents are enough for us. We care about the environment therefore if there is no need we do not print anything.

Monthly email from us
At the beginning of every month you will receive an email from us reminding you about your last month's invoices, etc. You can deliver the documents to us by email / drop them to us on Drive / on paper. Whichever version is convenient for you will be suitable for us.

Sending your invoices to us
You must do this until the 10th day of the following month. It is important for us to receive them as soon as possible. This gives us time to check them and to resolve any potential issues. We make sure that there are no errors in our calculations. Our clients' money is as important to us as our own.

Information on taxes
No later than two days before the due date, you will receive information from us about the payment of taxes and Social Security contributions. The information will be completed with all the information necessary for the transfer, i.e., account number, amount, title and due date.

Day-to-day affairs
A letter from the tax authority? Changes in tax law? Don't worry, we take care of everything. We will answer the letter ourselves, and we will write to you about the changes in the law, if they affect your business, of course.

In 2008, I began my adventure in accounting in practice. On the first day of my work, I went (as a listener) to a meeting with a client. I remember to this day what the accountant said to the client:
– Mr. Kowalski this invoice can't be a deductible right away. We'll do PK, put it in RM and it'll be fine, but that invoice – pointing the finger at the next one – it'll be NKUP.
Honestly? I didn't understand much of it, and unfortunately the client understood even less.
At the time, I set myself the goal of creating an accounting firm that would explain to clients the complexities of taxes, regulations and any other regulations in an easy and accessible way. Have I succeeded in this? That's something you'll have to ask my clients, but my impression is that I did.
